At Mercedeslego, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@mercedeslego.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once you have received your RA number, securely package your item(s) and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different product, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the returned item(s) and you can place a new order for the desired product.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including gift cards and downloadable software products.
